Cheating has nothing to do with lust. If you are married, and don't find any other woman attractive, chances are you're playing for the wrong team. Cheating happens when action happens. A lap dance is not cheating, but romantically holding hands with another woman is.
Finding someone attractive and lusting after them are two different things. Like DaDa said earlier, its about intent
For those who think...that cheating isn't just about ACTION... So if you THINK ABOUT CHEATING....let's say cheating on a Test or Exam...is it still CHEATING? or... If you think about cheating your boss/company out of millions...like Enron...or like Martha Stewart....but don't do it....is it still CHEATING? I say..cheating has to be Actions....if you don't ACT on the Cheat...then it's just Temptation
Well Rocket Rich I think those are nothing related because if a company executive states he/she thought about cheating but didn't I doubt any action will be taken, maybe an inquiry but nothing too serious. On the other hand, if I were to go tell my girlfriend that I thought about sleeping with another girl I doubt her actions would be as light.
Why the hell would you ever tell a girl that??? I still remember my ex-wife putting me in the doghouse for over a month (and she never really got over it) for telling her I had made out with a girl when we first started dating. We weren't exclusive at that time, anyway. And that was over two years into our relationship. Whether you cheat or not is up to you. But for God's sake don't tell the girl. It can only lead to bad things.
just do the right thing and don't hold on to legalism as your defense. treat everyone else the way you would hope they'd treat you. don't make it more complicated than that. your wife/girlfriend doesn't care about your legal argument...she wants to know if she can trust you.
I'm sorry Basso that sort of sexist language is uncalled. See Hayes I told you I would crack down on sexist language too.
Some people do tell believe it or not because they fell guilt and want forgiveness which can be acheived sometimes.
Isn't cheating when your home run numbers suddenly spikes way beyond your previous career average and you suddenly have 40 lbs more of muscle.
If both parties consented then I don't think so but I would never try it with somebody I was in a relationship because I have always believed that jealousy will be spawned from such actions.
