    An experienced front office that has clear vision, philosophy and resources to implement strategic plan is good.

    A coaching staff with a proven system of play and development with ability to adjust quickly is good.

    Acquire players who fit system is good.

    Adjusting system to fit players is good.

    Identifying and understanding set roles within system is good.

    Vet players who are extensions of coaching staff to teach young players the system is good.
