We have a horrid mix of bigs without Yao. Miller and Scola both highly skilled offensive players lacking in athleticism and defensive ability. Hayes great defender no O. And I'm sorry Hill has great size and athleticism but he's got an empty melon for a brain. He's a marginal player. He's not developing at a quick enough pace to be a difference maker. He's another athletic big body that will bounce around the league for the next 5-10 years. That's about it.

Yep,like serge ibaka, right? See this is the problem with the rockets in general and with the fans on this board. Posters and the so called management want it now in terms with development with the young players. This whole win-now method has cost us players and picks big time. I watched Ibaka with consistent minutes become a very good player in 2 yrs. Last year while they were winning 50 games, they still found consistent minutes for their young big man. The rockets on the other hand headed towards the lotto managed to play a old shane battier 30+ minutes, a severely limited player like hayes 25+ minutes. Coming around this year, they have managed to play Hill inconsistent minutes in this win now mode. Anyone who thinks this team even healthy is a factor is foolish. Playing hill should be higher on the priority list than playing hayes or miller to me. Finding rotation time for chase should be higher than having the intangible master playing 30+ minutes also. Of course I'm b****ing again because thats all i do.
