Defending P&R, Yao Stay Home

    I'd hold the word *genius* for Phil...but he was great coach. Jimmy Rodgers was there defensive maestro, Triangle was intiated by Tex Winters.

    The Bulls *specialized* in the defense, even more so than the Pistons of 80s, I thought Pistons where more of a kinda black and blue defense sorta like the Old Raiders (the rough and bloody type game).....while Bulls where more of a modern day Patriots-Belichick type defense on steroids. Sorta like if you gave Belichick ....Reggie White, Ray Lewis, Deion Sanders, Warren Sapp, Aeneas Williams, Derrick Brooks, and Ronnie Lot all on the same team (defense).

    You've got the most talented players in league and who also happened to best defensively along with a guru defensive assistant who also was coach.


    that's killer....even in this day of age....I think they could shut down most teams offenses, even the better teams like Mavs and Suns.
