    He's a DJ at a radio station and decides he wants to kill his wife. To establish his alibi, he puts a prerecorded record on the air, quickly drives home, and kills her. On the way back, he turns on his show and discovers the record is skipping.

    It was a pre recorded tape of his DJ show, and the tape had run out thus ruining his alibi.

    Was his grilfriend hiding in the back seat with two silencers, then when the guy turns on the radio, he doesn't hear himself being shot in the ears, which deafens him, and hearing nothing he also loses his sense of balance, so he drives off a bridge then ends up killing himself when he drowns? Yes or no.
