WHY this thread is STILL missing 1 star, when it is going strength from strength to become the Top 3 most ever read thread of all time on Clutchfans site before the thread completes its historic mission and retires into obscurity in another 7 to 10 days' time ?? http://bbs.clutchfans.net/forumdisplay.php?f=9&page=1&sort=views&order=desc&pp=20&daysprune=-1
For every 3 members who rate a thread 5-star, it only takes 1 other member to give it a 1-star such that the combined rating becomes 4-star. It could thus be said the ratio of Yao supporters to Yao detractors is roughly 3:1 on this board.
bring him back slowly... and the brace shouldnt be a problem even if he still has to wear it... when he gets back to big minutes
Dude, sometimes I feel you are really sensitive about whether others appreciate your work or not. Don't ASK for a 5 star, excellent works speak themselves...
Yeah.....I know. But you know, I'm a perfectionist. Imagine how I feel if this thread eventually ends Top 3 Most Read thread of all time on Clutchfan site, but with only 4 stars. Do you think there is still that stint of regrets left ???
Is that one star that big of a deal? I bet most people don't even notice it. Gotta let something go Pryuen.
Pryuen, I have read many threads on Clutchfan site and have never rated any. I think there are many others who don't rate them. If everyone rated this thread, you would certainly have the five stars, but only some small number does, so the average can be skewed by the goofballs. Don't get hung up on what someone rates this thread, that is arbitrary. What counts is that you have the admiration of thousands of Yao fans and Rockets fans for all of your hard work keeping us informed and using your skills to bring us every possible tidbit of information you can find. That is VERY appreciated by many people and that is all the stars you really need. Again, many many thanks!
No - they said he'd be out "at least 6-8 weeks" Clanton and the team were clear from the onset that the location of the fracture was not one that healed as quickly as normal breaks would. I think it's fantastic that Yao is killing himself to get back onto the court - he really does appear to be in much better shape than he has reason to. I still think he needs to come off the bench for a couple games to remove the pressure off him to do well off the bat. He's got to get comfortable again before he's asked to shoulder the scoring and defensive load. Evan
^^^ this is why. Pryuen, you're a great contributor to this board and many of us truly appreciate your work. But man, you really need to quit behaving as though the entire world revolves around Yao and Yao-related threads. It's starting to get annoying. I love this thread and it's a 5-star thread, but I'm sure there's a handful of people out there who don't think so. Not everyone will see things your way. If you can't understand that ... man, I don't know what to tell you.
Not knocking you here, but if you bump a Yao thread to the top every morning for over 2 months, it's going to get lots of views.
