I've read about ALL of the top Nazis and NONE of them were religious. In fact, they persecuted and murdered countless Protestant preachers, Catholic priests, and Jehovas Witnesses.
It's all spiritually driven. That's why each of us must look to and follow Jesus and nobody else. Jesus is the truth and the way, the only way, in fact.
It's certainly understandable, especially in light of the left's endless barrage of hatred against them.
Counting is not one of your strong suits? Rewatch the cville march. There were more than 13 bozos screaming “the Jews will not replace us”.
The guy that organized that event, Richard Spencer, is a far-left socialist and an atheist. In other words, he's yours.
Are you high? Seriously? Spencer is a Conservative who coined the term alt-right. He was an editor at The American Conservative. He founded altright.com. In no way is he a Socialist. Keep your own right wing whackjobs.
Who thinks he's not far right? Good grief. Like you said, he founded the term alt-right. After Trump was elected the guy urged his supporters to "party like it's 1933," the year Hitler came to power in Germany. Then, at a conference Spencer held celebrating the election, he cried: "Hail Trump, hail our people, hail victory!" He's right there in that category of Nick Fuentes.
Data from a Pew 2021 poll. The divide is very much partisan in the Jewish community. Orthodox Jews in the US overwhelming identify with Israel which is not the same for non-religious Jews in the US. This fits with my experiences. My orthodox friends have been the most vocal about the how the IDF is good and Palestinians are all Hamas and are evil. My non-religious friends call what’s happening in Gaza crazy. https://www.pewresearch.org/religio...connections-with-and-attitudes-toward-israel/ Eight-in-ten U.S. Jews say caring about Israel is an essential or important part of what being Jewish means to them. Nearly six-in-ten say they personally feel an emotional attachment to Israel, and a similar share say they follow news about the Jewish state at least somewhat closely. At the same time, the survey – conducted during the final 14 months of the Trump administration – shows a wide range of views among U.S. Jews about the Israeli government, including some pockets of strong criticism. Fewer than half of U.S. Jews give Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu “excellent” or “good” ratings for his leadership. And just one-in-three say they think the Israeli government is making a sincere effort toward achieving peace with the Palestinians. (Fewer still, just 12%, say they think Palestinian leaders are sincere in these efforts.) The study also finds that a slim majority of U.S. Jews have heard about the boycott, divestment and sanctions (BDS) movement. The vast majority who have heard of the movement say they oppose it. The remainder of this chapter explores these and related findings in more detail. For an analysis of how much U.S. Jews say they have in common with Jews in Israel, see Chapter 5.
I think that affinity is true for a lot of individuals who despite being multiple generation American hold a special place in their hearts to where their parents came from before. Usually it’s for hoping the government changes (Cuba, Iran) or they’re in love with the populists in charge (India).
The oppression of Jews is a a story of scapegoating and self fulfilling prophecies. European lords and monarchs used easy minority targets that were convenient and what is more convenient in a Christian feudal society than blaming "the Jesus killers" for poor crop production, starvation etc. And then when enemies of monarchs like Napoleon extended rights to Jews(not because he was kind hearted but because it was tactical to increase numbers of those who follow you) then you suddenly had the entire landed gentry class in Europe obsessed with hating Jews. And no wonder why many Jews then turned to collective leftist ideologies that they saw friendly to them. This is the self fulfilling prophecy comes in. I. The 20th century the new conspiracy was "cultural bolshevism" that attached Marxism to Judiasm. Well ya a lot of Jews did join leftist ideologies and political parties precisely because those parties made fascists and monarchs who targeted Jews their enemies. They saw leftist ideologies as a safe haven in a region of pogroms. Even the centrist party in Weimar Germany was aggressively anti-semetic so what other choice do they have besides joining the communist party in Germany. Obviously this trend isn't universal. Stalin was a raging anti-semite but to be fair he killed as many communists also along side Jews. There were many sincere ideological communist activists who were purged by Stalin because they saw him as another generic authoritarian.
Spencer is a leftist who supports government control and management of every sector of society. He is a self-described socialist as well as a white nationalist. Spencer coined the term "alternative right" in an effort to get right-wing white nationalists to join his cause. Spencer is NOT and has never been "right-wing".
There are many Jews who hate the Israeli Government just like there are countless, leftist, Americans, that despise the U.S.
Invest 9 minutes and watch this interview of Richard Spencer. He is a leftwing, white, nationalist. You're welcome.
Did you watch the interview? The official name of North Korea is "Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK)". Are they actually a democracy since that's what they call themselves?
