I made a 127, but I don't agree with some of the answers on the test. If some Wicks are Slicks, and some Slicks are Snicks, then some Wicks are definitely Snicks. The statement is: True False Neither The answer here was false, but to me, this should be undetermined, so I chose neither. Which, I took for neither true or false, rather than neither wicks or slicks. Another: It is easier to _______________ than to offer a helping hand. Raise a flag Be on the ball Lay down the law Point the finger Sing praises I don't think it is easier to point the finger. I think it is easier to sing praises. Besides, why would someone point the finger at someone that needed a helping hand? I would think a person would sing praises, because that is nicer and accomplishes the same goal of not getting involved.
136. I also picked neither in the slick logic puzzle. Drawing a Venn diagram would prove that the statement can be true and false depending on the actual situation. It said I was a visual mathemetician. No report because i took it on ff.
Are you serious? That question is a no-brainer, the part that says "then some Wicks are definitely Snicks. " is as strong as it gets in logic, and in this context it definitely means that the original statement is false.
To me it sounded like a probablistic question, where at certain situations some wicks can be snicks. 'Definitely' should aggregate all sitautions (then it would be false), but it sounded too easy.
In case you haven't figured it out, the fact that everyone is getting scores from 120-150 should be your first clue that this isn't a real IQ test.
Well, I just tried to screw the entire test up and I still got a 73. So yeah, I'm thinking this test skews towards the higher end. Oh well.
Also, here is another iffy question. Please explain how come the answer couldn't be 50? If she is the if there are 50 students in a class, and she was number 50. Then she could be both 50 best and 50 worst all at the same time. That is the correct answer, by god! Sue is both the 50th best and the 50th worst student at her school. How many students attend her school? 50 75 99 100 101
If she is the 50 worst, it does not mean that she is better than 50. If there are only 50 students in the class, and she was worst than all of them, she would be the 50 worst student, correct? And likewise, if she is the 50 worst student, she is 50 best student as well. It is semantics. Worst and Best, can mean the same thing in this case. The wording does not imply that she is better than 49 students at all. That is something you are adding to the equation.
