I think they are good enough to win it all IF everyone is healthy and things break right, but in order to truly be a FAVORITE to win it, some tweaks and changes need to take place. DD

You can have the Rafer (with low percentage jacking ability), the Luther (that turns transparent when you apply pressure), the Novak toy (the one that shoots great but you can't put the ball on the floor or it messes up), and the Hayes (the one that has smashing bricks for hands). You know the way the Rockets' play without Yao is great against some teams. This could mean more rest for Yao during the season now that we know this, increasing the chances of him NOT getting injured again. I think the Rockets are going to utilize this and save Yao for the important games and decrease his play time. So I'd say let's not get anything we don't need and just use what we know for future strategy. If anything get these rookies in form and get Francis in form and we'll be good. How about a new fitness staff... Maybe a new perimeter shooter if anything... We could use someone who can be a consistent threat from the 3 line.

Why would the Clippers do this? They have, as of now, 8 players under contract for a total of 53 mil. If Brand opts out, they're even more under the cap. And I'm pretty sure if The Don was going to trade his most favorite Clipper since Danny Manning, he'd want more back than Rafer and BJax. If Maggette bolts, I don't see why wouldn't they just let him go..especially if the BEST they can do is Alston/Bjax. I hope the Raptors can get better value for Calderon than Battier plus trash. I don't mind seeing Nachbar again but Green has bring more to the table this time around than an uncanny ability of blowing out candles on cupcakes. I know/hope this was sarcasm at its finest DD, because at last check, 3 out of the 4 teams left are defensive oriented teams.
