Weird, the BBS was working for me and I got about 10 posts in from the time the board allegedly went down.

 

I was dying yesterday and today. I don't know what my life is without this...

 

I went to bed very early yesterday, because I couldnt saw this BBS!

During the downtime, I imagined reading your imaginary thread, and it was good.

 

I read the entire Apache and CPanel description ...multiple times.

I thought about contacting Apache anyway even though they "almost certainly had no affiliation." Apache pissed me off. Apache REALLY REALLY pissed me off. Arrogant bastards.

...and that f'ing CPanel ...don't even get me started on that.

 

Yea, man. I wrote an angry letter to Apache. With a piece of paper and pen! Now I can't send it out. It would make me look like a fool! I don't want pie in my face.

 

Going cold turkey sucked.

 

I actually created an account and posted in the Houston Comical discussion forum. Those people aren't NEARLY as cool as us, btw.

God, it was rough yesterday.

I knew there was another place people went and I even looked for it but couldn't find it.

It was lonely.

 

now the bbs is back up, i'm disappointed. i thought there was inside info on the rockets trading for ak47.

yea, #clutchfans is the one that the main chat page goes to ( http://www.clutchfans.net/chat.cfm ) and that one is normally empty till the games start.(except for my placeholder nick that keeps the room registered)

to get to the other room ( #houstonrockets ) you can either type /join #houstonrockets at the input line once you join #cf or enter the room name manually from the java interface.

 

I knew I had a problem when I was at a computer yesterday without my bookmarks and just stared at a blank page for a few minutes without knowing where to go..

 

The BBS was down?

 

I got hit with a bad virus that apparently coincided with the BBS failure. Didn't go to work yesterday, so I didn't notice it was down. I suppose that's the silver lining to a terrible weekend of vomiting.

 

Was very odd not to have the board for a while, don't get on during the weekends so I just missed out on Monday, what the hell was I suppose to do at work??

 

I was hoping the crash would affect my D&D status.
