i thought the same... just a dude on a pogo stick, not much else in the way of skills, just atheleticism.

    just say no.

I know from injury prone bigs, more's the pity. Truth, tho, is DJ is without much upside IMHO while CK is a talent. Expensive, tho. But DJ will be way over priced with his next deal (based on current CBA ideology, admittedly) - - can you say KC?

I thought he clogged up the middle pretty good defensively. And as far as a pogo stick goes I wouldn't mind having one that averages 10 plus rebounds and a couple of blocks per 40. Plus those slam dunks usually come at a high percentage which is indicative in his 65%fg%

I really hope we can find a way to bring DeAndre to the Rockets. I went to high school with him and it would be amazing to see him play for his hometown team again.

Bobcats Consider Dealing For Baron Davis

Charlotte Bobcats owner Michael Jordan is considering a trade proposal where the team would acquire Baron Davis in exchange for D.J. Augustin, DeSagana Diop and Matt Carroll.

The Clippers have been highly motivated to trade Davis.

Davis was once a member of the Charlotte Hornets prior to the franchise's relocation to New Orleans.

Only dunk? You must be writting about another player. De-Jordan can play defense.

Those are first round picks though.

I find it extremely hard to believe he won't be an unrestricted next year. Second round pick who signed a 2yr contract out of training camp...sounds to me just the same as the contract Ish Smith signed.

If it had been a contract more like what Chase Budinger signed, where we control the final two years of the deal, Hoopshype would have listed it like they do with ours. But the Clipps are not so savvy, and they probably don't even know those types of contracts exist.

Otherwise, there is no reason for Jordan to be a RFA.

he can dunk and block, but those are very different things from playing good defense...

Deandre is great, buthas anyone noticed patpat...seeing him yesterday looks like he has gotten stronger since we drafted him..also, looks like he has a lot more fire in him..for playing 8 mins he got 2 pts 1 blk and 2 rebs..which really isnt anything great, but it looks like his raw potential is showing....im just agreeing that we have a very deep PF spot.

Deandre is a natural center, not a power forward. Just a friendly FYI, man.

Maybe just Budinger alone. Trading Jeffries and Budinger is a bit much! Salaries won't even match. I think Budinger's value around the league is a bit more then DeAndre's, as well.

Funny, I didn't see him play any defense last night.
