Mobley is retired, and curry has his own issues off the court, I mean come on bro,,,, there is no way it'll work out !!!!!!!!
my opinion is, it might be stupid, keep tmac and play him this season and see what he can do, well if he still not %100, then trade him at the deadline, or let his contract expire....

right now keeping T-mac looks like the best option i dont see him getting traded in the offseason so one of 2 things will happen 1) he wil stay play his injured tale off for a contract 2) he gets traded in the midseason for a team who knows that they have no chance of competing this season maybe like the buks for michael reed
Agreed. Unless NY's 2010 1st rounder is part of the deal you have to laugh this off the table. There are other ways to both get value for McGrady's contract -AND- acquire one of these smaller Mobley/Hughes type parts to flip in future trades. I like my "Ahhh, f*** it!" proposal of McGrady-for-Randolph/Camby/2010 first rounder better than this "Ahhh, f*** it!" deal with NY. P.S. Worzel -- Are you sure NY owns OKC's 2010 pick? I'm trying to remember off the top of my head which deal that could have been a part of but i'm coming up with nothing. If true, if one of those picks are included (especially OKC's) then we can at least start being serious here with this McGrady-to-NY for crap stuff.
I was going to say words can't describe how mad I would be if this trade went through but I feel like your statement is just as good
Utah owns the Knicks' UNPROTECTED first round pick in 2010. I think that also means that the Knicks CANNOT trade their 2011 first rounder by league rules. I don't know if Morey would be too interested in making the Knicks' 2012 first round pick a critical component of a T-Mac trade.
