Yay pugs! I bought my wife an 11-inch alienware. She loves it. I have to admit, it has a great form factor. I can't testify to the gamingness of it. Probably pretty good for a laptop of that size. I would stay away from Lenovo for anything and Toshibas aren't known for gaming.
