Isn't Randolph the one who dunked on Yao and taunted him by yelling in his face, then Yao went off after that?
Thanks guys. Udoh was traded for Bogut a couple years back. I have a funny feeling with his youth and maturation in Europe that he might be better than Bogut now. Also to the poster talking about Nanu being a good fourth big. That's true. The problem though is with our first two bigs. Nene can only past limited minutes. And Capela is situational at best come playoff time. For us to have a chance to win this thing we've got to improve our paint defense. That's the guys that actually play the game...Not the fourth big that doesnt play. I personally think that Nanu could be a defensive upgrade over Capela but we can't wait until the playoffs and then experiment at that time. So if he never gets significant run against any legit NBA bigs before the playoffs we can't expect him to be in the playoff rotation except by injury.
He's playing for Real Madrid. I think they're the top team in euroleague. He's starting at the 4 alongside either Ayon or another American bruiser that I can't recall right now. Playing with Llull plus that 18 year old point guard sensation, Nocioni, and others. He's one of their three most important players. In my opinion basically the same game. Can do anything on court but they don't allow him to really handle. Don't know where he's at mentally. Haven't heard anything about him all season. Just watched him play some.

Yep, getting him with a 6x2 (3 per year) contract may be a good option...just not sure he would come back for that money, maybe he would get more by someone this summer...
There is no deadline. The FA pool for who we can sign for the playoffs is set. We can sign them at any time.
That's the deadline to waive players to be eligible for the playoffs. All players waived after March 1st are not eligible for the playoffs.
These overseas bigs seem pretty intriguing to me: -Udoh -Randolph -Blatche -J. Smith Udoh seems to fit the mold of what we're looking for (i.e. a bruiser), but his REB %s were pretty paltry when he was in the league. Has he improved here meaningfully since going overseas? Randolph, Smith, and Blatche feel like good fits in our offense, with their versatility and finishing ability, but there are questions about maturity. Gun to my head, I'd pick Randolph. His quickness, offensive versatility, and shot-blocking ability would be a great addition to the team and a bit of a contrast from what Capela/Nene/Harrell provide us currently. I could even see him sliding to the 4 spot when Ryno is out of rhythm.
I'll choose Randolph too..i think we need a rebounder/bruiser with high IQ..someone who can make passes...any euro FA out there aside from these who are playing overseas?
This was being discussed. Surprised 'holic missed it. Jabari Parker goes down. Cousins signs with NOP TJones agent calls the Bucks Bucks said they are interested Agent asked for TJones to be released from NOP to be picked up by the Bucks DMo's agent was too stupid to do the same
