DD can't ban anybody. If you were banned, it means you are a very bad poster (beacause God knows being just bad is not enough). And DD's flipflopping is no surprise to anyone really. Except for you. But DD will never admit he was wrong.

if every time i argue with DD, I get banned the next day. Then he must be putting something extra into the tip jar or his fairy godparents must be watching down on him very hard
DD is would have, "Clutch Crew" under his name if he could ban you. And seriously, buying a new computer and changing your IP address doesn't fix the real issue. Fix yourself, then come back and join us. Just out of curiosity, what have all your clutch names been?
I'd think accusing Clutch Crew of corruption is more likely to get you banned (though for free speech sake, I think it shouldn't). Besides DD thrives on demagoguery, I can't see him getting you banned for such.
personally it bugs the crap out of me how somebody would put a sig in every post while having a normal sig below it
