Fantastic Beasts (2016) star has not had the best time in the spotlight after facing two arrests in Hawaii in the past few months. Some fans have rallied to have him taken out of his role as the Flash, but Warner Bros. has kept him in the starring role. Despite keeping his role, this recent bit of news might just be the tipping point for Miller’s career as Warner Bros. can’t look away from his recent accusations. According to ET News, the parents of an 18-year-old have accused Miller of not only brainwashing their child but also physically and emotionally abusing their daughter ever since she was 12. The parents claim that Miller also used drugs and violence to keep their daughter, Tokata listening to him and eventually leaving her parents: “[Miller] uses violence, intimidation, threat of violence, fear, paranoia, delusions and drugs to hold sway over a young adolescent Tokata. Ezra has brainwashed Tokata. Ezra Miller has ensured that Tokata is without a phone and has given her bankcard to another of his workers.” Chase and Sara also claim that Miller, 29, told Tokata about the actor’s sex addiction and that they had been raped at 14, which her parents allege appear to be “means to gain trust from a potential victim.” If this wasn’t enough to make you concerned about Miller’s actions, the parents continued by saying that Miller had raped their daughter back in January as a way to help alleviate his “sexual addiction”: “It has now become clear, through discussions with multiple friends of Tokata and Ezra, that Ezra convinced Tokata to have sex with Ezra sometime in January 2022 as a means to help ‘cure’ Ezra’s sex addiction,” the petition alleges. “Given Tokata’s mental state, there are questions about Tokata’s ability to consent, then and now.” They further accused Miller of “taking advantage of a power dynamic as a former trusted family friend/mentor.” There has been no comment from Warners Bros. or Miller about the accusations, but it is safe to say that the actor surely doesn’t have a long career in Hollywood since this would be his third major accusation in the past few months alone. DC fans have been hoping to see the Flash get his own movie for a very long time and there’s a time it could be delayed once again if Warner Bros. decides to let Miller go from the project. If they do and recast the actor, it would be very costly for the studio, but it might be worth it since fans are not excited to support an actor like Miller anymore.

Should have been recasted long ago. If Grant Gustin wasn't still shooting the CW show, he should have been called up (from the G-league).

The last we heard, Miller (who goes by they/them) was alleged to be hiding out on a farm in Vermont with a mother and her three children, a lot of guns, and whole helluva lot of weed. Business Insider has now shared more details, direct from Miller's longtime music collaborator, Oliver Ignatius. He claims to have observed inappropriate relations between Miller and minor Tokata Iron Eyes, saying he saw the actor "sloppily" kissing her. Tokata denies that and various other claims of persistent verbal abuse she's said to have suffered. A number of women have also spoken out, saying Miller was running a "cult" while in Iceland. "Nobody ever was kind of allowed to disagree with them," one young woman said. "Their reality painted everybody else’s reality. There was no room for anybody else’s opinion or feelings." The site adds that another woman compared conditions in their house to a commune, adding that those staying there were enamoured by Miller despite his frequent emotional outbursts. It's claimed that Miller told one woman that she would now be staying in their room before proceeding to spend the next six days abusing her. "Ezra basically said: 'My room is your room. This is now where you’re going to stay.' At one moment they would look me in the eye and be like, 'I love you' and be this really nice, beautiful person. [Next they would] tell me that I was f***ing disgusting.” “There was a lot of psychological abuse...This hostile demon just took over." It's reported that the actor also became fixated on her "breeding capabilities." Another woman accuses Miller of trying to groom her 11-year-old child, with various other allegations, including that they tried to get the mother to drink their blood. They're also said to be paranoid about being followed by the FBI or Ku Klux Klan, and frequently travel with a bulletproof vest and guns. Needless to say, Warner Bros.' decision to release The Flash next June is becoming increasingly ill-advised, and it's hard to imagine any comic book fan wanting to see Miller play the Scarlet Speedster after reading a report like this one. They are just accusations, of course, but it's a lot of people saying similar things.
They've gotten everything wrong about the Flash, from the running, to the costume, the humor, and the actor. So thankful it's over. Reboot. Get back on track. The Flash has a strong following. All they need to do is make him look cool and the money will pour in.

In 1660, George Fox, the founder of Quakerism, wrote a whole book labeling anyone who used singular you an idiot or a fool. And eighteenth-century grammarians like Robert Lowth and Lindley Murray regularly tested students on thou as singular, you as plural, despite the fact that students used singular you when their teachers weren’t looking, and teachers used singular you when their students weren’t looking. I get it. But using ‘they/them’ for non-binary people is still jarring as our contextual modern grammar doesn’t use it as a singular in most cases. Like I said, why not come up with a new word? English does it all the time.
