Gay-Head could have been the best backcourt of all time.

 

Offensively, he was always a real . . . . threatt.

 

I legit thought Maurice Taylor was going to be an all-star before his injury.

... And that Luther Head would hit a shot in the playoffs. Man was so bad in the playoffs it literally ended his career.

 

The last 30 years of Rockets have had a tremendous amount of awful guards. Alston, Moochie Norris, Matt Maloney, Heas etc etc. Nix May actually be worse than all of them within context of when they played.

 

If the Rockets actually had legit In their absolute Prime Superstars right now, you would see a lot of bad guards because the 2nd Apron forces the team to sign fringe NBA players.

 

Moochie and Rafer were good

 

I remember a poster on here breaking down how Alston with the amount of minutes he had played over I think 2 seasons was the worst shooting at the guard position in the entire history of the nba.

 

That was before Daishen Nix though

He used to come into the restaurant I worked at years ago every now and then and I remember asking him when do you think you'll be able to get back on the court, we need you out there and he would say, soon, should be soon. He was never the same. Sad.
