Since 2001, Biggio has hit 59 hr's at home and 45 on the road. Last season was the largest discrepancy, hitting 19 at home and 7 away. So far this season, all 4 hr's are at home. It's not a huge difference and in 2002 and 2003 he actually hit more on the road.

Also, in the Dome years he averaged 12.67 hr's per season (152 over 12 years). Since they've been at MM, it's up to 18 (not counting this season). I'd say the park has something to do with it.

I would bet a large sum of money that at some point Bidge was on the juice and I would be confident that I would win the bet.

Cuz that type of thing seem(s)(ed) prevelant with Astros and former Astros from all speculation and he is a big competitive guy who IMO would do whatever he thought he needed to do to remain competitive.

He's guessing by playing the numbers. Some would say that almost every MLB player at some point has taken something.

Every single MLB player of the past 50 years is/was a possible user of performance-enhancing drugs. Short of positive tests, personal admissions or overwhelming evidence, pointing fingers at individual players is infuriatingly useless. Wells is just doing the exact same thing fans & media have been doing for a few years.

Biggio is just as likely a user as anybody else. Hell, even Berkman admitted he popped some greenies a couple of times.

I refuse to believe that Biggio might have been on the juice. Most of his power number improvements was because the Astros moved to MMP.
David Wells is a big fat pile of ****.
    F**k David Wells.

I agree it was very prevelant in the Astros clubhouse but it's not like they were different than any other team.

I would like to think Biggio is clean but I am not sure if we will ever know for sure.
