In a scale of 1-10, adding David Beckham to the MLS makes most of us Mexicans appreciate "american football" just a tad more... it goes from a 7 to an 8... and that's about it... we will watch, but that's about it... Night of firsts for him: First start First goal First YELLOW CARD As a sidenote, his free kick was scored thanks to a silly wrong guess by an inexperienced goalie not knowing the capability of the famous left foot. Still, he is a beauty to watch no matter who the goalie is.
