Wide receiver David Boston is headed to the Miami Dolphins in a trade from the San Diego Chargers in exchange for a conditional sixth-round pick in the 2005 draft and a player to be named later. http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/colum...john&id=1760497 Boston had that one stellar year 2 years ago in Arizona... about 100 catches 1500+ yards and 8 td's. Since then he has been plagued with injuries totalling about the same over two years. Hopefully he can rebound in Miami
wow that's a good deal for the dolphins. david boston was better than randy moss that one year. hopefully he can come somewhat close to that level again. actually... strike that. i don't really like the dolphins. whatever.
I like this, but can DW control DB...I think the veterans will and the Dolphins should make the playoffs this year...
Agreed....Oh wait, you mean the NFL still has games played in December? Nevermind. The Dolphins don't do winter games. They miss the playoffs again....
So begins the next stop on the David Boston flameout tour. Couldn't have picked a better team or hc to come up short with. But on the bright side he might be able to really break out with his male modeling career in Miami.
Actually the talk in Columbus sounds like Miami did a smart thing. They are (supposedly) not lettign his personal trainer (aka steroid handler) in the Dolphin facilities and his weight has to be at 230 or he loses bonus dollars and finally he has to work out in teh Dolphin facilities int eh off-season. That is a huge gripe of many on Ex-Buckeyes. Most of the guys return to Columbus and workout in the off-season, but the Dolphins want to be able to keep an eye on Boston. I think it's a great trade.
