You don't know who Blatt is if you think he's a puppet without background like McHale and Jackson. In fact that's the reason he got fired by Lebron, if he was a puppet he would have stayed there.

If we were a young team but Blatt needs to grow as a coach more. He freezes up too much during crunch time and doesn't command respect. He's better suited as a assistant at the very moment, but his ego won't let him allow it. If Knicks or anyone don't hire him as HC then he'd rather spend the year jobless or in Europe rather than be an assistant coach in the NBA.

"Be better"? What does that mean? Lebron is 1 of the greatest players of all time. No coach is going to make him "just part of the team". He's bigger than the team and the coaches, and deservingly so.
