On the personnel front, the best player they can trade for. On the "results" front, a good playoff run and, hopefully, championship. Will they get that guy? Who knows. Chances are slim, but chances are always slim for any team to get "that guy." Not many of "that guy" around, many teams. That's why that guy is that guy. Get that? Is the Indy guy or Philly guy that guy? Maybe maybe not. Where do they need to be? To do what? Win it all? They enough? Denver guy or NOH guy enough? Who knows. None of there have been where they need to be, no? Chances to get where they need to be is very slim. Only one trophy. Many teams. Very hard. Mean you don't go for it? Mean you give up and tank for high pick? High pick that guy? High pick get you where you want to be? Grizzlies with high picks where you need to be? Blazers where they need to be? YOU GOT better idea? Or just ranting?
They just need to bide their time for Mbenga, DeAndre Jordan, or Chris Wilcox. Then, they can make their trade for that guy. We will be rocking a dynasty then.
DD's posts about how this means Alexander is getting under the luxury tax limit takes up 7 of those pages.
I have been slacking, shooting for 20 a day....dang it, I need to up that count. I mean at roughly 20 seconds a post, that is only what? 400 seconds? Pffft..that is not even 5 minutes. SHEESH ! DD
I suppose if your goal is to post and never read what you're posting to, yeah 400 seconds, although such continuity without context would fit with religious devotion
Those count for about 3 pages. So this is really just a 3-page thread if we cut out both DD's and CH's.
A minor move to save some money -- but a good one nevertheless. With Yao back DA would get zero playing time here.

I don't know how it's such a miracle deal u guys say it is. It is a good deal for both sides to say the least..houston paid a million to toronto for a 2015 2nd round draft pick. Toronto didnt really lose much and anderson is low risk big guy for them to take that isn't too costly.
Why does the other guy have to suffer to make it a good trade? A win-win situation is always a good thing (unless your trade partner is your rivalry, which Minny is not). It makes it easier for future trade relationships.
