It aint no fun if the homey cant have none! yes, there is a grace period for certain situations and it also depends how close they were...obviously not too close b/c the dude found another chick fairly soon. thats what im thinking. A true bud would be all for it. A guy trying to stake claims on something in his past while he is currently on route to get married should have no valid reason for blocking you, other than purely selfish and insecure ones. its only awkward if he makes it that way.
