Alot of companies pay a ton of money to get real data of exactly what their customers want. Morey gets that for free by coming on here, and paying attention. Of course if a company does a survey, they often find that the customers want what they have and don't want to pay for it. Humans can be very delusional, and selfish, but at the same time you can often sift through the polar opposite opinions and find really good data right in the middle. I'm sure that Morey pays attention to what is said on here, but he probably only looks for re-occurring themes. Reoccurring theme on CF that could have altered his decision making: Yes, I'm sure that Morey knows we all want Dragic, and maybe that has an impact on how much he's willing to pay for him in a trade. I think he'd obviously want him every day of the week, but maybe the constant drudging on about how he'd be perfect for the team keeps his name at the top of the list. Of course that's just one example of how CF's might impact decision making, but on the other hand, they aren't going to trade for Ersan Ilyasova or Derrick Williams just because Basketballhollic wont shut up about them because they can simply take a deeper look and realize that "Oh... ok, this is just people being ill informed, and having rash decision making".
If you do, no, if everyone does than maybe. There might be a good reason behind the majority making a case for X player.
I haven't watched much Indiana this year, but from everything I hear they are doing some nice things as an underrated contender this year. However, I've rarely seen his name on the draft boards this year. Seems like someone that could be a steal going undrafted or super late in the 2nd round. Keep fighting the good fight brotha but your probably not going to prop this guy up enough to convince the collective majority to take a kid like this with even the Knicks pick early in the 2nd round.
Deductive reasoning is he didnt join the board until he became a general manager, so that should narrow it down. He probably doesnt post alot.
You don't need an account to read posts. I've been reading CF since the early 2000's but didn't join until 2009.
Yep. Started reading in 2001ish made an account in maybe 03 or 04 because at the time I couldnt access a certain section without being a member, then after some time I completely forgot that username and password and just kept reading and not posting then finally decided to sign up again in 2010 to post about something. Can't really remember what. I wonder if he is an actual member or just lurks.
