Agree with most of your points. However for point #3, it's hard for me to determine how much of the decline in roster was Morey's responsibility vs a mandate from Tilman to not go into luxury tax. We were pretty much capped out after the 2018 season (especially after signing CP3 to the previously agreed-upon deal), so there weren't many ways to improve the roster without going into the tax. I do agree that the roster moves have certainly been disappointing since that 2018 team.
