    Hey all.

The meal was provided by the chef/kitchen that cooks for the Red and White Bistro, which is in the Toyota Center. The event was in a conf room at/right next to the RW Bistro.

Clutchfans that are willing to drop some coin can eat at RW bistro before or during a game. It's a little on the pricey side, but the food is always good.

Sup dude. Good memory on this point.

Morey made a note of the fact that PG's tend to not shoot well because as youngsters, they are able to get the to basket with such elite physical skills and quickness that they have no need to develop their outside shooting. Brooks is an anomaly because he has such a good outside shot. He may have developed it out of necessity because he is smaller than other PG's.

Same holds true for Centers. They get by with elite physical tools, height and power, and score around the basket with layups and dunks. They don't need to develop a shooting touch, and therefore they dont.

I believe that Morey said that as a result of this, he looks for shooting from the other positions.

Actually YOU are the one with the good memory! You remembered all the good stuff and I was left with the scraps! All I had was what the food was like. I think people would laugh if they saw us (since you're Tall and rail thin while I'm a short fatty!)

I knew there was more to that story but I forgot it. Thanks for filling in the blanks!

Oh yeah, I also remember that Morey looked to his left and asked this guy (probably his lawyer), "Have I said anything that would get me fined yet?"

The man answered, "You're doing fine."

also when I asked him which Rockets were the most requested by other teams, Morey stalled and stuttered saying some b.s. About how all his players are good, but not naming names. After a few minutes, he seemed to realize that it would be okay to name them, he did...

    1. Yao Ming
    2. Aaron Brooks
    3. chase Budinger
    4. Trevor Ariza

I was actually shocked he named them. Especially Yao. I now know Yao is being discussed in trade talks quite a bit, but no one has reported this!

    No one is safe!
