Depending on how much of a physical component your job has, the peak period for a profession should be from their early 50's to early 60's. It's the intersection of maximum experience with still capable mental acuities. If you are someone who still needs hand-eye coordination like a surgeon then that number gets cut to the late 40's to early 50's. Morey was in his mid 30's when he first started with us; now he's 46. He has not entered his prime yet!
