Two words: Nothing Alike. One player is a back to the basket player who lives in the deep post and is an elite passing bigman, one is a deadly faceup player with a great jumper.
Shaq's was ugly too and it got the job done. Bottom line in sports is you get the job done, pretty doesn't mean jack. 24 year old Blake has a nicer post game than the guy you're getting in Dwight.. so not sure what the issue is. If you are the 2nd ranked points in the paint player over the last 3 seasons.. your post game is working.
Same can be said about the Rockets. So unless you play for the Lakers, Celtics, Bulls, or Spurs, your team is insignificant and essentially purgatory for NBA players? Says a lot about Dwight's decision making abilities then.
Doc Rivers thinks he will have better luck with DeAndre Jordan. If he doesn't, I'm sure he gets moved by the trading deadline next season. DeAndre is essentially a younger version of Dwight. All sorts of athleticism and no brains to go with it.
guess they're hoping a change in scenery will do him good. Remember this guy was backing up Mike James towards the latter half of last season.
