who are those ads geared towards? are they trying to get men to hang out there and go get a tan. They can't be targeting women.
Well if they are showing how attractive a woman looks with a tan, that is a pretty good way of getting women in there.

Hot women in ads make normal women buy beauty products so they can try to be just as hot. Models sell makeup, hair care products, diet pills, clothes, and lingerie to women. Why should tanning beds and products be any different.
I'm surprised there hasn't been a lawsuit yet. If I ever get in a car wreck with a Darque Tan billboard in the area I'm taking them for everything.
I'm curious as to whether someone would actually have a case in such an instance. I mean, you can't be the first person in our sue-happy society to have such an idea. Right?

When you have dumbasses that see a billboard and start screaming "I'd hit it!" like they'll ever have a chance... Back when I lived in Houston, the 610/59 interchange used to always have a billboard like that. I think it used to be the Miller Lite girls or something at one point. That was a great place for wrecks. I just hoped the dolts would take one another out and not some innocent people. lol.
