Dark horse quiet teams that may want McGrady's expiring.....

If the deal was Monta, Turiaf, Randolph, and expirings for McGrady and Scola, then there is your young Scola replacement and we still get a pivot for this season at a fairly reasonable contract in Turiaf. Turiaf would make a good backup to Yao next season, that is if Randolph did not supplant him and finally start reaching his potential. If that kid can stay healthy, I am convinced he is going to be big time. I can see KG in him. Except he's got the handle and court vision of McGrady. He's an incredible, super young talent.

I am very tempted by Golden State's assets right now. But, as efficient as Maggette is, I would still prefer Monta. I think Monta would supercharge our offense and I think he is very adequate defensively.
