Be real. If Paul goes down again House isn’t saving the day. Really I can’t think of one important piece we could lose where our savior would be House.
lol look I will be happy to have him once we bring him back. Don’t have high hopes that how he played earlier for us will continue. Definitely don’t think he is a championship difference maker.
So the Vipers are getting their Ass whooped right now. With 5 Rockets on their damn team smh. Hartenstein is balling again and T Jones is the only player with a positive plus minus House is 0-5 from 3...again.
Well yer entitled to your opinion... but CP3 isnt the only guy that could get injured... really if we had a healthy LMM we may have made it out of that series with a win - even with the CP3 injury... The year before we lost Nene and ended up with Harden trying to cover Pau and LMA... and ultimately a game 6 total collapse... You never know what could happen... which is why you want depth... Hope for the best - but plan for the worse...
Tonight for the Vipers in their 113-97 loss to the Raptors: Danuel House Jr.: 34 mins, 12 pts, 4-11 FG, 0-5 3PT, -14 +/-, 2 rbs, 3 ast, 1 stl, 4 to Terrence Jones: 25 mins, 20 pts, 7-10 FG, 3-3 3PT, -0 +/-, 6 rbs, 2 ast, 1 stl, 1 to
The people fawning over the importance of House are probably the same people who thought Lin was going to be a star during that month run he had with the Knicks. Sample size matters.
But but but he is the Rox's 4rth best player, way better than EG. It's all about the fit dawg, House will be a championship caliber player in the Rockets due to fit.
I agree but if the dude is shooting blanks in the GLeague no way his schtick will work in the NBA. If House is shooting 0-5 in a GLeague game then even if he was on the team he would just get his ass whuped. GG hasn't even sniffed the GLeague since 2012, and people here swear up and down he isn't very good.
And Harden shot 3-31 in a 3-game stretch. He must be a scrub. You guys on both sides keep bringing up selective one-game stats as if that could prove anything. House shot 39% 3s over 35 games in the g-league last season. He also shot 39% over 25 games with the Rockets. He isn't a very consistent shooter. But his career average is decent. Nobody is saying that House is a difference maker. I just don't understand why people do not want him on the roster. At worse he is an injury insurance (which you should know is absolutely essential for the Rockets over the years) and at best he can be a rotation contributor to relieve some of Tucker's load.
agreed with a ton of what you have been saying but yes people in this thread are at minimum saying House is a pretty big difference maker. You aren't but others definitely are if everyone kept it at, he'd really be solid injury insurance I don't think there would be much fuss.
Name one poster who has said they don't want him on the roster? And yes many people are saying he is a difference maker.
