    amazing. It took the rockets a span of 3 months to go from 35-1 to 10-1 odds.

    But just by adding House, they can instantly increase their odds by 10%. charter a plane for this man immediately. a loophole has been discovered

    I'm hoping that this is the outcome we see for House …. a compromise.


    I don't know why we have two extremes … House is greedy or the Rockets are cheap and zero middle ground.

    From reading the other thread he’s RFA then this off season. Are the rockets positioned poorly or well to match? I’m assuming they can match whatever even if that means going into tax, but will they have to use MLE money to do it?

    depends on which side you're on. yes he's a rfa. which is what he wanted. hes banking on getting a bigger offer than what the rockets offered him.

    1. It's happening!!!
    2. House can play right away.
    3. House can play in the playoffs.
    4. Rockets must offer a Qualifying offer of 1.85 mil to House to make him a restricted agent in the offseason.
    5. House gets prorated minimum salary for the rest of the regular season.

    House is officially an NBA player. That is the minimum salary and minimum qualifying offer for an NBA player with his experience

    The main disappointment here is that Chiozza won't be back.... lol.

    So I'm hoping that Luxury Tax Savings might not play much? I meant Shumpert....
