He got in front of the full team and apologied for something he didn’t do? Yeah I didn’t believe him. Players are always very prideful. Nobody with any sort of pride is apologizing for something they didn’t do
that entire bubble trash was rigged from start to finish there was no way fakers would leave without the trophy. their series vs denver was just as blatant as 2018, 2002, 2000
That dude to the far right was with him in the locker room in Cleveland when he had that incident with Kobe Altman, the GM I suppose. At least he is claiming that.
This is unwatchable, a 3 minute story that took 15 mins to tell. You can tell he is full of ****. You would be able to get an attorney and fight this as a player and the NBPA is a union that would have defended this case with their own attorneys available, he didnt even attempt it so they likely had more evidence than he is claiming. He tried to get his teammate to take the blame for it, I believe it was someone who wasn't getting minutes like Nene or Tyson I don;t remember who was on the roster that took the blame at first, that would make zero sense for him to do unless they were covering for something. They would have had to do an investigation that would have taken a while, and he wouldn't have been suspended like he was without any evidence, again he is a union member this is not how they handle things. The other issue he did not even address , or maybe he does later it just became unwatchable after a while, but the league had a problem with someone in his room not being authorized. He came up w a story about getting a massage, so it sounds like he is trying to say there was someone in there but it was a masseuse, but there is no mention of that being an authorized person or who that person was. This is what 3rd graders sound like trying to tell their Principal a story while they go off on tangents, except a third grader would be able to communicate at a much higher level than this. It almost sounds like he is trying to make up a story as he is going along and thats why it took 15 minutes to tell. I believe he was married with a wife and kids, so he is likely not going to fess up to anything involving a woman on a podcast, because he likely already made up a story for his family. As a minimum player that was about to be out of the league, he would have had a legal case if this were not true and they had no evidence, he was gaining momentum and this type of prosecution could have effected his career. If he had boxes and boxes of weed and is admitting he was overdoing it, then he likely does not even remember everything that happened clearly enough to tell a story. If he was truly concerned about the weed, even though he knew it was allowed, he wouldn't deny their request to see the room when he knows it will get him in more trouble by refusing.
