    Lame duck coach= no accountability. This team is essentially leaderless.

    James Harden went 1-17 from 3 today. He took at least 5 contested step backs when we were trying to hold the lead.

    A real coach sits him down and tells him what the situation is and how to play smart. Part of coaching is saving the players from themselves. Part of coaching is accountability, as you said.

    The Rockets do not have a coach, though.
