Exum was at his best as a 3&D guy in Utah. He's capable of dribbling, yes, but he does not have good ball-handling skills relative to NBA-level guards. I wouldn't hate trying him out for the minimum as a SF.

Haha - yeah it was intended to say: "in olden days, the Jazz thought Exum was their leader, but he never had victory against Harden". or some variation of that. Living out West, Jazz fans used to always say "Harden was on Exum Island!" in our playoff series. That didn't go well for them.
