I see I see. I think Lebron must have promised him that he will invite green to south beach to play with Miami if he helps Miami win game 6 and 7.
Its Miami...man...sucks you lost...but these guys wanna get trashed after a grueling series...you dont have to be happy to get trashed...just imo...
And get laid... I'm sure there was no shortage of hot p---y being thrown at him. What's he supposed to do? Sit in the hotel room and sulk? Just cause that's what Spurs fans/Heat haters are doing, doesn't mean he needs to.
If anyone was shooting 1/12 in the final game against you, you pay him money, respect and party. I thought it was commonsense.
If I was a spurs player i'd be pretty ticked off. Green overall is a bum. Dude can't put the ball on the floor and when his shot is off he provides nothing.
Pardon the GOT reference, but if the Miami Heat are the Lannisters and Pat Riley is Tywin Lannister, does that make Danny Green Roose Bolton? Game 6 was definitely the Red Wedding. (In case you are wondering, LeBron would be Jamie Lannister and Dwyane Wade is Cersei).
He should have gone, he did more for the Heat last night than he did for the Spurs. He was "Manu-like 6th game horrible.!" He couldn't pass, couldn't dribble, couldn't shoot, just an awful game.
Green and LBJ were teammates in Cleveland. Probably are friends. Not that big of a deal. His season is over, he and his team played a hard fought series. Let the man enjoy his offseason.
I'm sorry, nothing to do with being old school or whatever, but after you lose such a crucial game it wouldn't even cross my mind to go do something with the guys that just beat your ass, let alone party with them. I don't care if they are friends, I just would be too devastated.
They are friends, that's usually how it goes. It's just a game in the end, they could hate each other while the game is on but once it's off it's like "Hey man I'm coming to that party." Example on a personal level...if you play any kind of ball have you ever hated your friend because he was on the other team and beat your team?
