Everyone takes a bad picture here and there... besides she looks pretty good for no makeup, bad hair day and bloated face likely from period.
I wouldn't say she is a terrible driver. lol She has finished in the top 10 or better every year in Indy since her rookie year (which was 12th). She is hardly an upper tier driver, but she definitely is competitive.
She's Not a terrible driver..shes just about average, but she has a good engine and that keeps her competitive. I know someone in the Nationwide series who's beat her several times in a lower class car. (he had a c class car racing against her a class car). She's definitely cute.. I've seen her up close at Texas Motor Speedway and he's tiny..like 5'2" at the most. If she continues to improve, she may win a couple of races. Go Blake Koch..#41 for Rick Ware Racing
She has above average looks vs society, but she's not hot. Compared to famous people, she's closer to Paula Dean than Jessica Alba.
there are only about 20 drivers competing in a full slate and therefore eligible to finish in the top 20 on a yearly basis in Indy. she's in the best equipment money can buy, and lingering around the 10 spot and winning 1 race in 8 years isn't enough to keep your normal non-famous, non-hot (woman) driver employed for that long. not to mention, i don't know what your definition of "competitive" is, but she has never been close to in the mix for a championship. she's a below average driver (at best), and because of her sex appeal (not her driving), she is afforded opportunities that only the top drivers have.
Another cute driver is Jennifer Jo Cobb.. But she was in a c class car and never finished higher than the low 20s. I think she's back to racing trucks full time this year
