    Judging by the universal revulsion at his actions, I'm pretty sure the rule is still there. Russell is just an individual idiot, don't blame the whole generation.

    I mean seriously, who in the hell would ever think that would be an acceptable action. Maybe you wanna f**k with somebody and say you recorded something, but to actually record it?

    The Lakers themselves are approving of this segregation of Russell. You think the organization would want to make peace between their first round pick and the team so they can move along amicably.

    He probably get isolated here as well. League is pretty small and your reputation spreads around fast. In a league where Locker room code of silence is important, having a reputation as a snitch is going to hurt whichever locker room he ends up in.
