    Ok, so it does seem real. Wow, extremely un-professional.

    I can see both sides: Gilbert really did go all out to appease Lebron and spent the money. Unfortunately management just made lousy decisions and were just a waste of money IMHO. Conversely, Lebron probably doubled the value of the Cavs franchise during his time there. I'd call it even.

    Like I said though, I like his determination expressed here. Considering the Cavs have been in the dumps and are headed right back, I wonder what the hell he expects to do to change that.

    He can leave Cleveland, but what's with putting up a gigantic spectacle? There are attention whores, and then there is Lebron James.
    And taking an hour on national TV just to announce his "decision?" Give me a frickin' break.

    Does the team parade itself in a hour long show before giving the news? The only clowns around here are the people who can't put themselves in Cleveland fans shoes watching that spectacle.

    Cleveland fans would still be whining and burning their James jerseys regardless. The hour-long special just gives Cavs fans some plausible deniability for the reason they're whining.

    at least Lebron has the ability to grab attention. shows millions do care about his decision.

    Lebron is a media attention w**** no doubt about it.
    But for a owner, he should know NBA is a business, Lebron left for better offer and you can't really blame him. What Dan Gilbert wrote was simply childish and unprofessional and with the owner like that I strong believe the Cavs will doom for years!

    Dan thinks the Cavs would win a championship before James? With who? Mo and Gibson? Lol. Anyway, I doubt either would win a championship.....
