Good, solid security move. I like it, even though Erick can be a douche.

God help us if that were true, which it's not. What a horrible thought!

Ah nice, we got Erica to give us some size in the front court. Good signing.

Wow. I was late to this party. Glad to hear we got the 2nd best center in the league. We need the rebounding and shot blocking since Hill isn't allowed in to the games.

Typical zero risk move by Morey. What's not to like other than having to get rid of a young player in order to make room? Let's be clear, a 30 year old Damp for ten million per was ridiculous, a 35 year old Damp for 2 million is a solid pick up. Yao, Miller, Damp is a nice rotation.

Never really liked Dampier, but hopefull he can improve our interior defense/rebounding, especiall when Yao is out. That is the main thing that killed us the first couple of games. So all in all, good signing.

For some reason I was under the impression he went to Miami and signed with them like a month ago.

    Alright folks look-

If nothing else, Yao isn't playing back 2 backs. So, if nothing else, we still have 2 legit C's on those nights in Damp/Miller.

If Yao were to go down, our season is still not a wash with two legit centers, Damp/Miller.

Moral of the story, we don't have to play 6'6 Chuck at C any longer!

These implications are fantastic at a 1yr $2Mil rental.

    Calm down.

Let's also clear something else up.

Dampier isn't playing tomorrow. The Rockets have to get rid of somebody before Damp can officially sign, and considering they haven't done that yet, I doubt they'll get it done before the game tomorrow.

And even if they did, I seriously doubt Damp would see the court since he hasn't practiced a single time yet.

Wow, do we have the most diverse rotation in the league? It's like a United Nations of Centers.

They are cutting the guy they drafted #1 in the 2nd round last year. Taylor didn't get that much playing with Adleman but neither did Gerald Wallace.
