    We only drafted two of those guys, and how the hell do you bring up a 32 years old Scola and Rafer Alston in a discussion about player development?

    I don't hate McFail, I think he would be a good assistant just like Jack Skima. He shouldn't be leading the Rockets. A good talent but wrong fit, he's not a head coach.
