    1. Fire Caserio today.

    2. Bring in a real OC (Stefanski, Chip Kelly, McDaniels, Daboll).

    3. Overhaul the entire offensive staff, no promotions, no holdovers.

    4. Pray CJ isn't a lost cause.

Yes, the defense is quite good.

    A retort:

Nick has many more misses than hits.

Stroud and Stingley were very high picks that already carried a high probability of success, and Nick tanked his way into those picks in exchange for years of suffering.

It's hard to say if Dell or Pierce will make any meaningful contributions in the future.

Nick only ever succeeded in building a paper tiger in a weak division, and in that respect is no better than Bill O'Brien ever was.

Nick's "nothing to see here" approach to the flaming dumpster fire that is the offensive line reveals an arrogance that will be inexplicable to any possible future employer.

The bloom is off Bill Belichick and everyone else who happened to be in the same room with Tom Brady. People around the league now recognize the stench of The Patriot Way. The only question is how long it will be before Cal wakes up and smells it?

He’s the Head Coach. Not the DC

If the Cowgirls had our D they would be locked SB contenders/champions. If the Bengals had our D last year they get to the AFCCG and very likely the SB.

Our D is that good. Our O is the bottom of the barrel. We talking Titans levels of gutter trash.

    This is all on Caserio...

    - He either very boldly and arrogantly, or very lazily, stayed in-house for O-Line coach, even though the staff was absolute manure last year.
    - Hired a rookie OC yet again, even though we just tried that and it failed miserably.
    - Squandered a precious year of rookie contract CJ, while also ruining him at the same time.

It's not even about fixing anymore, it's about damage control. Coming off a bye week on national tv and all of his misses were in full display.

    Can his ass today.

The TEAM is undisciplined. Demeco is the head coach, now if you’re saying Burke shouldn’t get fired I agree.
I love Demeco, but his team is not playing well. Even the defense has been bad at times, in specific situations.

It’s almost noon and why haven’t I seen a Rossini/Schefter/Palleaero tweet telling me this incompetent John Carrol alum has been given the pink skip?

Caserio, Caley, Demeco all need to go.
I would elevate Ross at this point

Wonderful, except hes the head coach.. And this quite good defense has us 2-4 on the season, with our only wins coming against garbage tier teams, one of which was without their best players.

Demeco has several positive attributes, but the reality is we are never going to have consistently good offenses under him. Hes the Gary Kubiak of defense.

And thats even worse in alot of respects because you're much more likely to find and keep ace defensive coordinators ala Wade Phillips, Romeo Crennell types, than you are ace OCs who are hard to find and even harder to keep.

I don't expect my head coach to be top tier in all areas. That's extraordinarily rare. Some of the best coaches to ever live were only experts on one side of the ball.

If you want to go chase unicorns, have at it. I'm not interested.

This sounds like something you sourced straight from your bunghole.

I expect my head coaches to lead the team and set a standard for the team.
The defense is just as undisciplined and gets exposed at times, as the offense is.

His free agents have been busts too. Mixon (good for 1 year), Kirk (perpetually hurt)

Mixon getting hurt off the field isn't Caserio's fault.

Credit where credit is due, Mixon was a fantastic trade and signing.

he's still got 2 division titles and 2 playoff wins the last 2 years which is more than trevor lawrence, justin herbert, the same as dak, and one less than lamar jackson

Stroud was firmly #2 in the discussion behind Young and people helmet scouted a lot and said Ohio State QBs are garbage in the nfl. People after the first year of Stingley and Sauce said we screwed up

He lucked into Stroud. Had the Colts game gone differently we would had the #1 pick and he would have taken Bryce Young. WAJ was a no brainer but he did have to do the work on the trade. Sting was a no brainer as well. Collins was a great pick no doubt. Dell is too injury prone to be lauded and Pierce is terrible.

This fails to take into consideration his other godawful picks like Kenyon Green, Juice Scruggs, and Blake Fisher.
