Talking about Wroten, I like his potential but not without some concerns. Nevertheless, as a fan who want the Rockets to be a championship instead of just a competitive playoff team, I'd rather roll the dice on him and Quincy Miller, Royce White... if we can trade down and pick them in late first round or even early second round. They are the best values available.
As someone mentioned to me a few days ago on this board... If we trade up for Lillard, Dragic may feel uneasy about re-signing with us.
LEt's hope he is...because I would LOVE Lillard to be in Houston. I hear Portland REALLY likes him at #6, so we'd have to deal with SAC to get to #5. Is this enough to do that: #16 Kyle Lowry Marcus Morris
Coach, that's also a HUGE leap of faith to take. Let's say we trade Lowry as part of a deal to get to #5 and take Lillard. Then July 1st comes around and Dragic decides NOT to re-sign with us. Then what? We're screwed. No more Lowry. No more Dragic. Just a rookie at PG. He'd BETTER be the second coming of Chris Paul.
Forgive me for 3 straight posts, but I wonder...does Lowry even have any value to Sacramento? Unless they move Evans to the 2, I'm thinking probably not. Well....maybe we won't have to give up Lowry to get to #5. Gonna need a bit more than #16 and Marcus Morris though. I'd like to keep #14. I don't want moving up for Lillard to be our ENTIRE draft.
Lillard, Happy birthday and Congrats on a great game in your first summer league appearance! http://m.nba.com/s/2183/GameSummary...s=End of 3rd Qtr&bangoTitle=07/15 NOH vs. POR
See how he conveniently waited "around" 30 minutes before reposting. It is clear that they are both DD and DD is also Glenrice.
They're both douche bags with stupid names whose posts I don't read. So they have one thing in common with him. I'll let you guess which one. =)
I would love for the Rockets to have a Damian Lillard. I think he will have the potential to be the next Russel Westbrook.
