    4 team
    MIA - Lillard (POR)
    POR - 2 FRPs from MIA (2027 + 2029) + pick swaps (2026 + 2028) + Morris (LAC) + Batum (LAC) + Jovic (MIA) + Martin (MIA)
Miami sends some $$$. Blazers buy out Morris & Batum.
    LAC - Harden (PHI)
PHI - Lowry (MIA) + Mann (LAC)

    Easy.. Peezy... Dame a squeezy

I don’t get it with Miami. Just because every NBA player ever put it #1 on their list of preferred trade destinations, doesn’t mean any GM has to give in to the pupu platter Miami always puts out there in terms of assets it can give back in a trade.

if I were Embiid I’d be putting all my chips on the table. If I were Morey I’d three way Harden to the clippers and take every attractive draft asset they have, package it with two FRP’s I have, just make it happen with Dame and worry about collateral damage later. If Lillard wants to pout in Philly next to the reigning MVP, let that sit on his legacy the same way it did on Harden.

i dunno man. Miami trade proposals never make any sense.

If we waited a day we could’ve just traded all the net picks for him and just absorb the contract

NGL, if the Heat get this done without giving up too much, they're going to be really good this upcoming season. Dame is overrated, but he's still a huge upgrade over Lowry. Dame/Jimmy/Bam is a helluva big three--two really good two-way players and a one-dimensional but great scorer, all at the right age to win a championship.

I want to see a Heat Reloaded versus Nuggets Finals. Time to see how far Joker's greatness really goes.

You have to keep in mind that you’re not really “adding dame to a finals team”, in the same way that lucky run by portland to the WCF didn’t make them a legit wcf team. They will never experience the shooting luck they had against the bucks and celts again (maybe nobody ever will). They were a very mediocre team who happened to get insanely lucky. They’ll also losing struss, vincent, and martin (the crazy version)

And add a disgruntled Dame who doesn't want to be here? No thanks. Besides, dude doesn't play defense.

Yes, they definitely had some luck, but I do also think they were better than their record in the regular season. So their talent level is probably somewhere in between legit title contender and fringey playoff team. 5th, 6th seed, somewhere around there. Adding Dame to that should be interesting.
