My family is almost ready to convert. Fudge, shoot, gosh darn it. (btw, we well stick with Dallas. I was joking.)
YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!! I don't care if they don't win another game all season!!! WOOOOOOOOOOOOWOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!! I wanna move back to Houston.
Who had/has the better defense? 93 Oilers with Buddy Ryan or 02 Texans with Vic Fangio Alright, alright its not at that level yet. But I love the defense.
The defense is REALLY IMPRESSIVE so far. The special teams are just unbelieveable. I wanna see how we perform on the road, and will see from there.
Yeah, this is mainly due to the Cowboys offense. We were last in passing last year and it is still evident now. We have some serious issues there. Why am I still here? I am going to get picked on very soon. But I'll take it like a man....oh yeah I have to go take my bath and sleep.
Did anybody else just feel good knowing there was football back in Houston again? I mean, even early in the game, after the first touchdown, I was sooooo excited about football, a feeling I haven't had in 6 years.
Wonderful win, wonderful crowd, and it's wonderful we didn't have 1 single injury! This is too good to be true.
The boy has got an ARM!! I think someone needs to tell him to kind of let up on the ball and not to overthrow his receivers. But overall, an AWESOME quarterback for years to come in HOUSTON!!!
All I have to say is ... Carr is MUCH better than I gave him credit for. He looked like freakin Troy Aikman in his prime. You guys got a good one. That Defense isn't bad either. My guess is that the Texans are going to suprise the hell out of a lot of teams this year. As for my 'Boys ... that had to be the most disappointing loss in over 3 years. The last two years wse knew they were going to suck so the losses weren't that hard to deal with. Losing to an expansion team is just plain embarassing. I know the Texans are not your run of the mill expansion team but there is no way Dallas should have lost that game. I'm still going to back my boy Q even though he played like crap. When all is said and done this will still only be just 1 loss. It's looking like it's going to take the 'Boys offense a couple of games (4-5 games) to gell but in the end they will be alright. I still think they will finish around 8-8. Emmitt was on pace to get 100 yards (67 yards on 17 carries) but they started limiting his carries. If he had been given the ball about his usual 25 carries he would have topped 100 yards. Too bad the Texans and Cowboys don't play each other again until 2006. Good luck to you guys the rest of the year, and enjoy that Carr to Bradford combo because you are going to see that connection several more times this year.
