I lived in Los Angeles for 12 years and have visited Dallas several times. Dallas is most definitely the Los Angeles of the south. Phony people, snobs, rude self-centered people....it's true. Get out while you can. I will never, EVER live in Dallas.
There are alot of those dudes in Houston as well. One trip to the Red Door and you will understand what I mean. The movie looks ok..... oh and Dallas really does suck.......
Two times I had to go to Las Cruces on business and both times we stopped at the f*cking Dallas airport before flying into El Paso (Las Cruces is like 45 minutes by car from El Paso). Just being in that city's airport made me angry. Have no desire to ever visit or stay there. So, once again, I'll reiterate the general feeling for this thread - Dallas sucks.
Dude, I live in Dallas and this is so true...I never understood where everyone does to be living this lifestyle...Don't get me wrong, the weather rocks, but everyone seems to be stuck up and the trailer is exactly what Dallas is like...Its funny, I heard that term about a 1 1/2 ago when people were talking about Dallas...Although, I heard of that spilling into Houston, but it'll never be as rampant as it is in Dallas...
