hey, as soon as issel read catos comments from yesterday, he was on the phone in about 2 seconds trying to get cato in denver. it might happen.
Well the worst problem the Lakers had with Rider was that he was late to practice. If the worst problem we had with Cato was because he was late for practice I'd do a flip, talk trash, and yell bring on the Lakers! As it stands now Cato is a pain in the @ss.
I guess some things never change. I'm sure he has a valid excuse. http://www.denverpost.com/Stories/0,1002,90%7E165854,00.html The most intriguing of the newcomers is Rider, an oft-troubled, free-agent shooting guard who is expected to sign a nonguaranteed contract. While Rider is a superb scorer who has led his team in scoring in five of his eight NBA seasons, he has a history of problems that most notably include tardiness. And with his arrival probably the most anticipated at media day, the 30-year-old was a no-show.
argh...ah well. it was a nice few seconds of hope while it lasted hey, and i dont want none of you rider bashers to bash the nuggets now. cant have it both ways. either getting him or losing him was bad. lol.
well, apparently rider finally showed up for the PM practice. not a great start, but lets all put this behind us a move on
