    It was a joke...implying Ewing is building up Yao's confidence by taking him to strip clubs.

    Seriously though, Ewing is doing a great job with Yao in getting him to play more aggressively and with heart. Next will be to get Yao to have the mental toughness

    Three weeks ago, I read a Yao's interview on Sports Weekly, China's biggest sports newspaper(not necessarily the best though), in which Yao was asked to compare the things he learned from Ewing and those he learned from Deke. Yao said Ewing basically gave him the big picture of what and how he could improve then himself will figure out the details while Deke simply taught him all the small things.
