In the past, Houston rarely ever come back after the other team lead us by 10 pt+. That was 'cause we gambled on defense more. On offense, we usually rushed our play, trying to get it back all at once. We fell behind because 1 or 2 players missed shots. After that, other guys tried to do it by themselves, and more often than not, failed, which in turn lead to more easy baskets for the opponents.

Dallas can score in bunches but there will be stretches when their shots stop falling. If we just play with discipline and together on offense and defense, we will have a good chance.

If the Rocket's beat Dallas, I will officially assign them a "for real" designation. The Rockets could be a force by the break. I really like what JVG has done with team, and they should only get better. This team desperately needed structure.

Aside from NJ we haven't played a real team yet. I like that we are beating the teams we are supposed to beat. The season is still young.

It's funny, we say that "we are beating the teams we are supposed to beat" like that should just be standard. But the reality is that last year we lost to A LOT of the teams we "were supposed to beat". So, just for the fact we ARE beating those teams, that is saying something. Clearly Dallas will be a nice challenge, but if the Rockets do take care of business against lesser teams, that in inself will be an accomplishment for this team.

We dont have much depth but JVG plays the same 8 players for the intier game, so i dont see y depth matters much, as long as our starters kick ass WE WILL WIN

If we are to win against the Mavs we know the Guards are playing well but Yao Ming needs to step up his game a notch or two. I hope JVG encourages him to be vigilant.

they are deeper that's true, but right now they are averaging like 70 points a game... if they don't pull it together we will win.
