    Yeah, I really don't know how much is cost as I received it as a Christmas present back then. I was VERAH happy!

    It has to go for more than that. A basketball court is supposed to be 50' x 94', which is 4,700 square feet. If the whole lot sold for $20k, that would be $4.26/sqft, which is probably a little below average for what you'd have to pay for a solid wood floor for your house. Granted, it's used. But, that means there is no premium for its history. Maybe the article phrased it poorly and it's $20k/lot for 2 lots, or $40k. That's $8.51/sqft. Still a pretty reasonable price, I think.
